The 79-year-old "Sholay" star had earlier paired with Sunny, 57 and Bobby, 46, for the 2007 sports-drama "Apne", action-comedy "Yamla Pagla Deewana" and its sequel in 2013.
"We are searching for the right story. 'Apne' was a huge hit, 'Yamla Pagla Deewana' had worked but the sequel was a flop. So after the film's failure, we are taking our time to think of a good story which will work," the actor told reporters here.
Even though the actor has shouldered many hit films, including "Chupke Chupke", "Dharam Veer" and "Yaadon Ki Baraat", there is still one apprehension that Dharmendra has -- dining at a five-star hotel.
Narrating an incident, Dharmendra said he prefers a dhaba over a swanky hotel as it offers an individual the space to be relaxed.
"The etiquettes at a five-star hotel make me a little uncomfortable. Long back I had stayed at a five-star hotel, and it was my first visit. I went downstairs to have dinner and saw a man slicing mango (delicately) and started eating it with a spoon. I wanted to have it too but not like that.
The actor, who started his Bollywood journey with "Dil Bhi Tera Hum Bhi Tere" in 1960, has often been called "He-Man" or "Action King". Yet, Dharmendra says he never feels like a star.
"For 55 years, the audience has loved me unconditionally. I never consider myself an actor, nor a star. I have just tried to spread love through my movies and the affection that I got in return has made me who I am today. I am thankful to the audience.
