Dharuhera police said one Narender Kumar of Maheshwari village was arrested yesterday and produced in a local court which remanded him in 14-days' judicial custody.
The girl, a student of class XI, was allegedly whisked away by a teenager from a bus stand on February 23 and then taken to Bhiwadi town, near Dharuhera, where Narender joined them.
The duo then administered some sedative to the girl before allegedly taking turns to rape her, police said.
On a complaint filed by the victim's mother, Dharuhera police registered a case against the teenager and Narender.
