The accused identified as Ramesh, aged around 22-years, was nabbed from Begati area last night when he was planning to escape to Punjab to evade arrest, police said.
Ramesh along with another accused Ganesh, who was arrested earlier, had allegedly gangraped the minor on March 18 at the nursery of the forest department here, police said.
The investigation in the matter is underway and police is probing all angles, they said.
