Seema shot a terrific 72 out of 75, her best qualification score in a World Cup, to be one of six women to make it to the final rounds.
Seema's score was second best and only one less than Emma Elizabeth Cox's 73. While Seema could not qualify for the medal matches and bowed out in fifth position, the Australian Emma eventually landed the gold medal.
Today, in the men's trap event, Kynan Chenai was the best finishing Indian among the three, as he shot 117 to end in 24th place ahead in countback to compatriot Prithviraj Tondaiman who shot the same score but was placed 28th.
Kynan and Manavjit are preparing for the upcoming Olympics in August to be held in the Brazilian city of Rio de Janerio.
