He said the committee members who will be prominent Sikhs will help the SGPC in dealing with issues of Sikhs in foreign countries.
He said the committee will help the SGPC in spreading the message of Sikhism abroad.
A similar 31-member advisory council of Sikhs from various states of country will also be set up, he added.
He said one representative from each state will be taken but two representatives from those states will be taken which have large population of Sikhs.
He said a sub committee have been set up which would deal with printing of Guru Granth Sahib in Canada.
