BJP president Amit Shah will meet former Army chief Dalbir Singh Suhag and Constitutional expert Subhash Kashyap tomorrow as part of the party's drive to share the Modi government's successes with well-known people from various fields, a party leader said today.
The party has launched 'sampark for samarthan' (contact for support) to mark the fourth anniversary of the Modi government as it prepares for the 2019 Lok Sabha election.
The BJP, in a statement, had said its 4,000 functionaries, including chief ministers, Union ministers, down to panchayat members, across the country will contact one lakh people, who are recognised names in their fields, to inform about the government's achievements.
Shah would personally contact at least 50 people, the statement said.
