Shardha Projects pledges 29.18% stake in KCFL

Shardha Projects, the promoter of Khaitan Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (KCFL), has pledged 2.8 crore shares, equivalent to 29.18 per cent stake, of the fertiliser firm.
In a regulatory filing to the BSE, Khaitan Chemicals and Fertilisers said that Shardha Projects has pledged its 2.829 crore shares to State Bank of India on June 18.
As per the shareholding pattern on March 31, Shardha Projects had 47.18 per cent stake in Khaitan Chemicals.
