Uttar Pradesh Assembly Speaker Hriday Narayan Dixit on Monday said the UP Vidhan Bhavan should be made plastic-free and use of single-use plastic has been completely banned.
According to a statement, Principal Secretary Uttar Pradesh Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) Pradeep Kumar Dubey, said, "As per the directives of Speaker of Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly Hriday Narayan Dixit, use of plastic bottles and one-time plastic has been completely banned."
