The 45-year-old star took to Instagram where she documented her visit to the hospital, in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
"You have to do it! #mammogram #medicalimaging women's imaging," Vergara wrote, alongside a boomerang video of her standing in front of a mammography unit in a robe.
The "Modern Family" star has always been outspoken about women's health issues and she also advocated for women to get get their annual check-up last year.
