The 20-year-old Anand Mathew, a Christ University fourth year law student, met with the accident last night. He was taken to a hospital in the city where he passed away this morning.
Kerala High Court sources said his body would be brought to Kochi tonight.
The funeral would be held tomorrow evening, they said.
