Chandra Prakash (24), city president of Mulayam Singh Youth Brigade was killed when his Santro car was hit by the truck in factory area in Orai Kotwali police station area while three others with him were injured, SP, Jalaun Sunil Saxena said.
The injured have been admitted to the district hospital.
The victims were on their way to welcome district unit party president Dhirendra Singh Yadav when they met with the accident.
