The who's who of Bollywood, including Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh and Kangana Ranaut, attended the reception party of newly-weds Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja.
The couple tied the knot in a Sikh wedding ceremony called Anand Karaj. It was attended by family and close friends.
At the grand reception party, hosted at a suburban five star hotel, the couple made their maiden appearance together in front of the media, walking hand in hand.
Sonam looked every inch the diva that she is in a green-grey lehenga choli.
The actor, who opted for bright white and pinks during other wedding ceremonies, went for a dark coloured, chic outfit for the reception evening.
The newly-weds started the celebration by cutting a huge six-tier cake.
Sonam's father, Anil Kapoor was among the first ones to arrive at the venue. Family members attending the event included cousin Arjun Kapoor, Sanjay Kapoor and Boney Kapoor along with daughters Janhvi and Khushi.
Industry friends who graced the reception were Shah Rukh Khan and wife Gauri, Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna, Shahid Kapoor and Meera Rajput, and Karan Johar along with mother Hiroo Johar.
Ranveer Singh was seen posing with his favourite film-maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali, while Ranbir Kapoor walked in with his "Brahmastra" co-star Alia Bhatt and director Ayan Mukerji.
Kangana Ranaut, Katrina Kaif, Sidharth Malhotra, Vidya Balan, Aditya Roy Kapoor graced the occasion while Varun Dhawan walked in with his rumoured girlfriend Natasha Dalal.
Rani Mukerji, Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Kajol, Karisma Kapoor, Juhi Chawla, Arbaaz Khan, Shilpa Shetty along with husband Raj Kundra, filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, Vidhu Vinod Chopra, David Dhawan, Subhash Ghai were also in attendance.
Among the senior stars, those who were present included Rekha, Rishi Kapoor, Neetu Singh, Randhir Kapoor, Jeetendra, Javed Akhtar, Jackie Shroff along with wife Ayesha, Shatrughan Sinha along with wife Poonam.
The reception was also graced by Mukesh Ambani and family and politicians like Uddhav Thackrey, Amar Singh, Milind Deora.
Sonam and Anand, who have been dating for the past two years, announced their wedding a week ago. The wedding was preceded by two-day long celebrations that included mehendi and sangeet functions.
