Addressing students at the 61st Annual Convocation of the Post Graduate Government College Sector 11 here, Badnore said learning is a continuous process and education is the most potent tool that empowers our huge human potential.
"Unity in diversity, the concept of the world as a family, duty towards your parents, teachers and society as a whole, spirituality and care for the environment are ideals you should try to live by," he said.
The Governor asked students to make the best use of their degrees and prove their worth to society and the nation.
Modalities are being worked out to bring about parity in cost of education in the government and the private sector besides encouraging vast and inexhaustible means of solar energy, he said.
