Stray dog menace a serious issue in Kerala: CM

: The stray dog menace has become a major social problem in the state, Chief Minister Oommen Chandy told the assembly today.
Replying to query during question hour,he said incidents of stray dogs bites have increased in the state. Morning walkers and school children were most affected by the menace, he said.
Government was exploring options to overcome legal hurdles to kill stray dogs, especially those infected with rabies, he said, while replying to a question of Thomas Unniyadan (KC-M).
