Two minors allegedly involved in the murder were detained yesterday, while the other accused are still absconding and police teams have been sent to different cities to nab them, police said today.
The two minors, who are students from Bihar taking coaching in Kota at different institutes, were today produced before the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) that sent them to shelter homes.
Satyarth alias Satya Prakesh, a resident of Nabada district in Bihar was attacked by nearly 20-25 students while he was having dinner in a mess.
Sandeep Kumar (18), who sustained a knife wound in the attack is currently undergoing treatment at Maharo Bheem Singh (MBS) hospital and is out of danger, said ASI Ashok Kumar.
Police have lodged cases against ten identified accused including key accused Abhishek Tiwari and his close aides, and 15 other unidentified youths under various IPC sections, Sharma said.
All the accused are from Bihar.
