The scrip gained 2.13 per cent to end at Rs 16.80 on BSE. During the day, it rose by 3 per cent to Rs 16.95.
At NSE, shares of the company went up by 1.82 per cent to close at Rs 16.75.
The project is capable of providing power to over 70,000 households and reducing 0.28 million tonnes of CO2 emissions per annum, Suzlon Group said in a statement.
