Talent pool needs grooming for India's development: Naik

Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik today said India has a big talent pool which needs grooming and promotion for development of the country.
Naik, also the chancellor Dr B R Ambedkar University, formerly Agra University, was addressing its 80th convocation ceremony.
The university gave away 495 PhD, five D Lit, 81 M Phil degrees.
Eminent physicist, educationist and Padam Shri M S Sodha was the chief guest at the ceremony.
Union Minister of State for HRD Ram Shankar Katheria also addressed the gathering.
