Taylor Swift wants honest friends

Country star Taylor Swift wants to remain grounded and thinks friends who are brutally honest will help her achieve this.
The 'I Knew You Were Trouble' hitmaker said that she only surrounds herself with genuine people like Selena Gomez and Emma Stone because she wants to stay grounded, reported Contactmusic.
"I don't want people around me telling me what they think I'd like to hear. I love being surrounded by friends who are brutally honest and genuine.
"(We talk about) everything, except our work! It's always about reconnecting with each other, talking about relationships, love and guys - all the basic things!," she said.

The 23-year-old country star's last album Red featured deeply personal songs about her famous exes, who include Jake Gyllenhaal and Taylor Lautner, and she said her next offering will explore a similar musical style.
