The teacher was arrested after state-run Child Welfare Committee lodged a complaint against him with the police alleging he had molested two class XII girls during a special class arranged by him few days back, police said.
The Child Welfare Committee had received the complaints yesterday and had recorded the statements of the victims.
The teacher has been booked under relevant sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act-2012.
