Teacher removed from service

A teacher of the government-run primary school, who was found skipping duty for almost half-a-decade, was removed from service in Odisha's Kendrapara district.
Abhaya Kumar Dash, junior teacher of Sankhapur High School, had engaged a proxy teacher who was doing duty on his behalf, officials said today.
After an inquiry found charges against the teacher to be true, he was removed from service, said Kendrapara Collector, Debraj Senapati.
