Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb today said technology should be used to better lifestyle and to complete tasks within their timeframe.
At the same time he warned against addiction to technology and said computers can help society only if used in the right direction.
Deb, who was speaking at the inaugural session of a five-day workshop on "Human Computer Interface" at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Agartala, said "It is my dream to develop Tripura as the best state in country with the use of modern technology."
Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country is going ahead to become a technological superpower. Like China and Russia who use their own languages for technological purposes "We too need to develop our own technology to use computer in our languages."
