The incident took place yesterday.
Inspector M D Survase of Naupada police station said that the girl, who is 18 years old, had taken the rickshaw for Kachrali Talao at around 11 am. The rickshaw driver molested her and asked her to go with him to a lodge, according to her complaint.
Police were trying to find out the identity of the driver, Survase added. An offence of molestation has been registered.
