Three die after inhaling poisonous gas in tubewell

Three persons, including a father-son duo, died after inhaling poisonous gas while repairing a tubewell at Alipur village in Saharanpur district here, police said today.
Farmer Shivram (58), his son Vinod (20) and a mechanic Gulab Singh (23) died when they inhaled the poisonous gas while repairing the motor of a tubewell yesterday, police said.
Their bodies were later recovered from the tubewell and sent for postmortem, they added.
