The incident took place yesterday when three persons were travelling on the motorcycle and collided with the truck.
The injured was admitted to a hospital in a serious condition, they said.
In another incident, a man was crushed to death by a speeding truck near Sakhawatpur village under Budhana police station in the district yesterday.
According to the police, heavy fog in the area could be the reason behind the accidents.
