Three suspected Naxalites arrested

Vekko Laxman, Mandvi Ganesh and Santosh Deva (all 20 years old) were arrested from Awapalli weekly market, Bijapur's Superintendent of Police Prashant Agrawal said.

Deva, who allegedly tried to flee, was injured in police firing, he said, adding that a fourth person managed to escape.
