Seeking to earn a Rio Olympics berth, Tintu Luka took a little over two minutes (2:03.23) to finish on top, with Haryana's Sushma Devi (2:05.05) and Gomathi from Tamil Nadu (2:07.00) finishing second and third respectively.
Tintu clocked 2:03.23 seconds, narrowly missing the Rio Olympics criteria that stands at 2:01.00.
Maheswari jumped 16.39 metre, followed by Arpinder Singh (16.30m) and S Mohd Zuber (15.65m), even as the temperature touched 41 degrees.
The day's proceedings also saw two more Kerala athletes Jinson Johnson, in men's 800m race, and Jitin Paul, in men's 400m hurdles, win the gold medals.
In the men's 200m race, Haryana's Dharambir Singh (21.34 secs) bagged the gold, followed by Delhi's Vikas Gulia (21.55) and UP's Rahul Kumar (21.94).
In men's javelin and Decathlon events, Haryana's Neeraj Chopra and Amolak singh of Gujarat cvlinched the gold medals at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Srabani Nanda of Odisha, who had last month bagged a bronze medal at the Asian Grand Prix in Wuhan, China, claimed the women's 200m title, while Santosh and national record holder Sahana Kumari won in the women's 400m hurdles and high jump respectively.
