The CPI(M) today warned the Trinamool Congress, the BJP and the RSS not to "play communal politics" in West Bengal as the state had been an example of communal harmony.
"The TMC, BJP, RSS are playing a dangerous game of communal politics in West Bengal, trying to flare it up. The state was an example for communal harmony during the Left Front government," party's Politburo member Brinda Karat told a press conference here.
Replying to a query on violence in Malda, Karat said the party had condemned the incidents in Malda and sought an inquiry into it.
