In a Government Order, it said that the director, Institute of Road Transport, financial advisor, state transport corporation (Tirunelveli) and Special Officer in transport department would also be part of the panel.
The government had already constituted a 11-member panel and with the new additions, it will be a 14-member committee.
On December 28 last year 11 trade unions affiliated to opposition parties had resorted to strike across Tamil Nadu seeking wage revision.
On January 2, the government constituted a panel to hold talks with unions.
It has additional secretary, finance department, P Umanath besides managing directors of all the eight State transport corporations as members.
The metropolitan transport corporation's managing director is the convenor of the panel.
