The three British actors - known for their villainous roles - appear in the commercial directed by Tom Hooper, reported Digital Spy.
The minute-long Super Bowl advert for the Jaguar F-Type Coupe shows the car being driven in London by Strong, who then meets up with fellow villain Hiddleston in a helicopter and Kinglsely at his mansion.
The tagline for the advert is "It's good to be bad".
The Simpsons-themed Super Bowl promo was also unveiled this week, introduced by an animated Zooey Deschanel.
