Traffic crawls in many parts of the city due to waterlogging caused by rain

Heavy rain lashed the national capital region this evening, causing traffic congestion at several places.

The Delhi Traffic Police was constantly updating Delhiites about the traffic situation across the national capital.

Waterlogging was reported on GT Karnal Road from Singhu Border to Azadpur near Jahangirpuri and Adarsh Nagar metro station.

Situation was no different on the NH-9 near Ghazipur Murga Mandi. Due to heavy rains, waterlogging was reported at Hathi Khana Chowk, Sadar Bazaar. Areas from Nangloi to Bahadurgarh near Mundka metro station and Rajdhani Park metro station was also waterlogged.
