Two persons have been booked on charges of abetting the suicide of a 'sadhu' at Nagla Rai village here in June this year, police said today.
A case was registered against Rambhul Singh and Charan Saini yesterday for allegedly blackmailing sadhu Vijay Nath with an objectionable video featuring the latter, SHO Kamal Singh said.
As per the complaint filed by the deceased's brother, Col Brijender Singh, the victim was being blackmailed by the accused who made his objectionable video.
Nath was found hanging from a tree on June 28.
