Two held for killing doctor in train

The railway police in Shamli has arrested two persons in connection with the murder of a Dehradun-based doctor in October in a train here.
The two accused, Asif and Wakif, were arrested yesterday and have been identified as petty criminals, Station House Officer Rajan Sharma said.
Sharma added that two other accused, Irfan and Samir, involved in the killing were already in jail in another case.
Doctor Narain Singh was shot dead by the four accused in a trainon Delhi-Saharanpur route near Balwa village in Shamli district on October 31 when he resisted their loot bid.
