Two killed in road mishap
including a school child, were today killed and three others injured when a truck hit them behind near Mihijam in Jamtara district, police said.
The 11-year-old Satya Hansda and 45-year-old Rustam died on the spot while the injured were shifted to a hospital in serious condition, sources said.
The speeding truck hit two bicycles on which the victims were returning home from school.
The angry villagers, disrupted traffic for several hours before the administration announced Rs 10,000 to the kin of the deceased, police said.
