The accident took place near Thikola sugar mill yesterday when the victims were on their way to Muzaffarnagar from Meerut, police said.
The deceased have been identified as Meerut-based advocate Maharaj Singh (45) and Purushottam Tyagi (50), they said, adding that the injured have been admitted to a hospital.
