They were crossing track near Khagaria station when they were ran over by Guwahati-Delhi Rajdhani Express, Government Railway Police (GRP) sources said.
The victims were identified as Deputy mukhiya of Alauli panchayat Bhusan Singh and former mukhiya of the same panchayat Rajiv Ranjan, the sources said.
Bodies have been sent for post-mortem, the sources added.
