In an open market selling carried out on May 19, CDC Group sold 2.3 per cent stake, equivalent to 2.75 million shares in the Indian non-banking financial company.
Earlier, it held 9.16 per cent equity (10,932,646 shares) in Ujjivan Financial Services, the company data showed in a regulatory filing.
Thus, post the sale of 2.30 per cent stake, CDC Group now holds 6.85 per cent or 8,182,646 shares in Ujjivan Financial.
Ujivan Financial Services is the promoter and parent company of Ujjivan Small Finance Bank (SFB) which started operations from Februray this year.
