"The selection of right persons would be made on the basis of inputs form the field and the organisation set up, including the District Congress Committee (DCC)," Soz said, addressing a meeting of the DCC Jammu Urban at PCC headquarter here.
Party workers should gear up their activities to strengthen the organisation and also to prepare for elections to the urban bodies, which are due to be held in the state, he said.
A committee has been set up under chairmanship of Soz to give recommendations in this direction.
The issue of reservation and rotation of wards in the Corporation and Municipal Bodies was also discussed in the DCC meeting.
