Union minister Radha Mohan Singh slams Nitish

Union Agriculture minister Radha Mohan Singh today hailed BJP victory in Haryana and Maharashtra as part of "wind of development" sweeping across the country under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said the same would break barriers of caste and creed in Bihar and Jharkhand too.
"BJP victory in Haryana and Maharashtra is part of wind'of development that is blowing across the country under leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi," Singh told reporters on arrival from Delhi at Patna Airport here.
"This strong wind would break barriers of caste and creed in Bihar and Jharkhand too and end politics of Nitish Kumar and Lalu Prasad based on it," he said.

Asked that Kumar is all set to launch his "Samparak yatra" from Champaran from November 12 ahead of Assembly poll in the state, Singh, who represents Motihari Lok Sabha seat, said "after siding with Lalu Prasad and Congress, what message he wants to give to people of the state?"
"By joining hands with Congress and sitting in the lap of RJD President Lalu Prasad he (Kumar) has already given a message to people as which way he wishes to take Bihar. His claim of development is not convincing people seeing his companions," Singh said.
Singh's dig at Kumar, who is senior JD(U) leader and former Bihar Chief Minister, came as reaction to a question that he (Kumar) has compared BJP victory in Haryana and Maharashtra with cyclone Hudhud which would pass on soon.

While election in Jharkhand could be announced anytime, poll in Bihar is due late next year.
