Upset over exam result, girl commits suicide at MP Mantralaya

Upset over not clearing the standard 12th CBSE examination, a girl allegedly committed suicide by jumping from the fifth floor of Madhya Pradesh Mantralaya building here, police said.
Nikita Swami (17), whose father worked at Mantralaya, had gone there to check result on the internet.
Preliminary investigation revealed that she took the extreme step after learning the result, police said.
She was taken to government-run J P Hospital but was declared dead upon admission.
