She was 86.
She died at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) where she was admitted about 15 days ago due to age-related illness.
She is survived by two sons, two daughters and grandchildren.
She was cremated at Nigambodh Ghat where several party leaders were present.
Condoling her death, Delhi BJP president Satish Upadhyay said it was a personal loss to him.
Goel faced second bereavement in his family this month.
Earlier, his father Charti Lal Goel, the first Speaker of Delhi Assembly, passed away after prolonged illness on August 16.
