Village head's husband shot dead
assailants today allegedly shot dead the husband of Maithara village head in in Civil lines area here, police said.
The incident took place this evening when Madhu's husband Sherbabu(35) was shot at by three miscreants, SP Manjil Saini said.
He was rushed to the hospital where he was declared brought dead, Saini said.
A manhunt has been launched to nab the trio, the SP added.
