The increase is due to rise in input costs which affects all models sold in India, the company said in a statement.
The company sells a range of luxury cars and SUVs, from the V40 hatchback to plug-in hybrid SUV XC90 Excellence, which are priced between Rs 25.49 lakh and Rs 1.25 crore.
"All the models would undergo an upward revision in the ex-showroom prices by up to 2.5 per cent. The revised prices shall be effective in April 2017," the company said.
Last week, German luxury car maker BMW had also announced that it would hike prices of its vehicles in India by around 2 per cent from next month.
