"T20 is such a funny game. Any team can beat any team. We are not taking it lightly at all. Because, we are only 16 points, I think you need 17 to qualify this year. Still, four more matches go apart from this. We are playing with the same intensity what we played in the previous matches," said team mentor T A Sekar.

He said the pitch at the Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket stadium looks like a good batting wicket. The visitors are playing their first match this season at the ground.

As far as Andre Russell's participation in tomorrow's match is concerned, he said the West Indian is a very good all-rounder, adding that the playing XI is yet to finalised.

"Russel is fit. We have not decided our XI. Potentially, he is a very good all-rounder. He can bat well, very good number six, seven batsman. He can bowl well. We are working on his bowling. He did not get a chance to play in the first 10 games, he is still very focussed. We are yet to finalise our XI," Sekar said.

Asked if the team has learnt any lessons from the last match, he said: "If we had scored 170, then we were driving a good game. Kolkata played very well. They had a very good opening partnership. We came back quite well getting two wickets in two balls but we had very less runs on the board. May be, we were about 20 runs short last time."

Acknowledging the absence of Kevin Pietersen, he said the team has an able replacement in David Warner.

"Definitely, we miss Pietersen. We brought Warner as replacement. He got back-to-back two hundreds in CLT20. Pietersen batted at number three and Warner bats at number one. It does not matter much," he said.

He added that the Daredevils have a pace-oriented attack with Morne Morkel and Varun Aaron among others in the side.
