WFI enters into commercial partnership with Sporty Solutionz

The Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) has entered into a commercial partnership with Sporty Solutionz, claiming the deal will push for the overall development of the sport in the country.
Sporty Solutionz will also work as a consultant and commercial partner for overall profiling of the sport.
The WFI and Sporty Solutionz have inked an exclusive multi-year deal to ensure an overall sustained growth for wrestling in the country.
Sporty Solutionz, in consultation with the national governing body for the sport, will create new competitive and commercial opportunities for wrestling.
The sports business company will also serve as WFI's adviser for media, events and operations.

"We have been looking for commercial partners to extend the reach of wrestling in terms of competition and commercial growth. We were in talks with various professionals and companies. We feel this tie-up with Sporty Solutionz brings the best values on board for us," said WFI president Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh said in a statement.
"We have witnessed Sporty Solutionz's commercial prowess in the field of sports. They are pioneers in creating league models for sports other than cricket. I am confident together with their commercial acumen in sports, we will take wrestling to new heights."
Sporty Solutionz will also work on creating a commercially viable broadcast profile for wrestling.
