The agency announced the news on Instagram by posting the 14-year-old's i-D Magazine cover along with words "The Society New York Model Management Now Representing Willow Smith."
The picture was captioned, "#NowRepresenting A grand welcome to @gweelos! #WillowSmith," reported Aceshowbiz.
Earlier in June, Willow was revealed as the face of Marc Jacob's fall-winter 2015 campaign following Cher.
Willow, however, is not the only celebrity youngster to break into modelling business.
Actor Johnny Depp's daughter Lily-Rose Depp, Cindy Crawford's daughter Kaia Gerber and Gigi Hadid's younger brother Anwar Hadid have also signed modelling contracts this year.
