Will work on tapping talent of every student: Haryana CM

With a view to further PM's 'Skill India' mission, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said the state government would work on tapping the talent of every student and Deen Dayal Upadhyay Skill Development Centre would prove as a milestone in this direction.
Khattar was speaking this during a function organised at Saraswati Women College in Palwal today, as per official release here.
Before this, the Chief Minister inaugurated the Deen Dayal Upadhyay Skill Development Centre and laid the foundation stone of new building of institution.
He also appreciated the efforts of Saraswati Women College in the field of women education.
He appealed to the people to educate their daughters and not to get involved in female foeticide.
He said that under Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Programme, the state government has implemented many schemes.
In order to improve the sex ratio, in the 11 months of the present government, under Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PNDT) Act, 125 cases were caught, of which police enquiry was conducted in 85 cases. He said that he expects active contribution of educational institutions for ending female foeticide.
He said in order to give safe environment to women and keep tab on goons, a women police station has been opened in every district headquarter.
While speaking about improvement in the administrative system, the Chief Minister said that by emphasising on e-Governance services, administrative system has improved and by Aadhaar based biometric attendance system, everyday 80,000 government employees register their attendance.
He said that the state government would make continuous efforts for transparent and graft-free governance.
