Team India, SA arrive for second T-20 match

Players of Team India and South Africa arrived here today amidst tight security to participate in the second T20 international scheduled to be played at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack on Monday.
Both the teams were accorded warm welcome after they arrived at Biju Patnaik International Airport.
As per the schedule, the two teams would leave for Cuttack, 25 kilometers from here, for net practice at Barabati stadium tomorrow.
Hundreds of people thronged both the airport and the hotel where the team is staying to have a glimpse of the cricket sensations.
Meanwhile, the commissionerate police, Bhubaneswar- Cuttack has made eloborate security arrangements in the twin city for the safety and security of both the teams.
Commissioner of Police R P Sharma said 25 platoons of security personnel, including armed police like OSAP and SOG personnel, have been deployed in the state capital and in Cuttack.
Sharma said 60 platoons of armed police have been deployed in Cuttack. Besides, in order to keep a close watch on the spectators and the crowd during the match 150 CCTV cameras have been installed inside and outside the stadium.
This apart, four quick response teams will be deployed for emergency operations, he added.
The second T-20 match is scheduled to start at 7 pm on Monday.
