The 42-year-old singer has been feuding with the rock legend when he purchased the mansion next to Page and applied for permission to renovate his home, reported Femalefirst.
Page, 72, had objected to the council about William's renovation plans, however, the "Feel" hitmaker won the planning battle in July this year.
Despite having owned the mansion for over four years, Williams and wife Ayda Field still haven't moved into their new abode.
"Jimmy has been sitting in his car outside our house with the windows down, four hours at a time with recording equipment.
"It's really strange. Now it's taken so long- four years. But now it's like what are you hiding? Is there something you're hiding? So, so weird," Williams said.
