After the body was yesterday found by her in-laws in the abandoned mines, the woman's family lodged a complaint with police alleging that her husband and in-laws killed her for dowry and dispose of her body there.
The woman's father, Majeed, a resident of Alwar district, told police that he had married his two daughters to brothers Aas Mohammad and Jaan Mohammad of Khori village here.
Later in the day, her in-laws called up the woman's parents informing them that her elder daughter had gone missing from their home.
After some time, they again rang them up and said her body was found in the mines following which the woman's family approached police and filed a complaint against her husband and in-laws.
Police have registered a murder case against the woman's husband and her in-laws and started a probe.
