Woman, minor son killed in road mishap

A 30-year-old woman and her minor son were killed while her husband and sister-in-law injured when the motorcycle they were riding was hit by a truck near Kutubpur village here today.
The four victims were returning from a marriage function on a motorcycle this evening when a truck hit them killing Meena and her three-year-old son Aditya, police said.
Her husband and sister-in-law who were injured in the accident were rushed to the hospital in a serious state, they said.
Following the mishap, irate locals blocked the Barla-Chapar Road in protest and damaged the truck that caused the accident, police said.
